This program is designed for juniors who are serious about taking their game to the next level and developing a path to competitive golf.
Players in the Development Team will be mentored to elevate their skills with the goal of progressing to the Elite Team. Those who show high performance and readiness may be invited to join the Elite Team, which offers world-class training for top-level junior golfers.

Spring/Summer Registrations
The Development Team at Bathurst Glen Golf Course provides junior golfers with the structured coaching and tournament experience they need to progress toward elite-level competition. With a focus on skill development, competition experience, and tournament preparation, this program is ideal for players looking to refine their game, build confidence, and take their first steps toward high-level golf.
- 40 hours of group and on-course training
- Technical and strategic skill development in all areas of the game
- Mental coaching and structured practice plans
- Competitive drills and game simulations to prepare for tournament play
Fall/Winter Registrations
The Development Team at Swing Lab provides junior golfers with the structured coaching and tournament experience they need to progress toward elite-level competition.
