Morning & Afternoon Options!

In 2023 we will offer 9 weeks of our Award Winning Camp in Oakville. This half day golf camp is offered both in the morning and afternoon. These camps are open to children 6 – 13 years of age and offer golf instruction and activities under the guidance of on of our professional staff. Children will enjoy learning the fundamentals of the game in a fun environment.  These camps are nationally recognized and endorsed by the Canadian Junior Golf Association.

FAQ’s

What Time Does Camp Start & End? Children will meet at the Tee Zone Driving Range just outside the Pro Shop at 9:00 am each day and pick up is for 12:00  pm. Afternoon camps will start at 1 pm with pick up at 4 pm. Is this Camp appropriate for a Beginner or Intermediate? Our Linkster Camp welcomes golfers of all skill levels including beginners. The camp will group children based on age and skill level. Should I Bring Clubs To Camp?

Clubs are available to use if needed and will be provided on a daily basis. If your child has clubs please bring them. We offer a club fitting for campers upon request. We can place equipment orders  through Cobra or USKIDS.

What Happens if it Rains?

The Camp runs rain or shine. We will monitor the weather on a daily basis and provide programming accordingly. In a light rain we may continue with outdoor activities (bring a rain jacket) but if the weather is inclement we have created programming for indoors. (Leadership Skills, Trivia, Golf Movies, Indoor Putting Tourney etc.)

Can my child be in the Same Group as their friend or sibling?

We try to accommodate all requests. Please let us know upon sign up any group requests.

Children Should Come to Camp with the Following:

• Golf Clubs (provided if needed)

• Comfortable shoes

Tee Zone Driving Range – 4105 Bronte Rd. Oakville, Ontario www.teezonegolf.com 905-864-9660 The Tee Zone Driving Range is a an ideal learning facility conveniently located on Bronte Rd. just north of Hwy 407. With over 65 hitting stations and an area that is 300 yards in length, Tee Zone has the capacity to provide a high quality environment for these camps.  The facility has an integrated short game area and putting green that allows players to work on chipping, pitching  and putting.  

David Fritz Golf Academy

David Fritz [email protected] www.davidfritzgolf.com 647-930-9502 David is the Director of Instruction at the Tee Zone Driving Range and  will set the curriculum, direct the activities, hire and train camp staff. He has been a PGA of Canada Professional for over twenty five years. Throughout the various stages of his career, he has gained progressive experience at some of the finest golf clubs in the Greater Toronto Area. He has had the opportunity to work with world-class golf professionals, top coaches and instructors. Throughout this time, David has maintained a Board of Director’s position with the Canadian Junior Golf Association.  He has played an integral role in the development of junior golf in Canada through developmental programs, regional, national and international events. David is a highly regarded coach and teacher. Through his training and experiences David brings a wealth of knowledge to his students. He is able to communicate that knowledge in a simplistic manner and assist students achieve their goals. It is quite apparent that David loves teaching golf and seeing his students successes. He is committed to providing a positive learning environment and experience for all students while improving all aspects of their game. Students will welcome David’s warm personality and passion for the game of golf.
